In the official photograph, he looked every inch the commander in chief. Strain etched on his face, Barack Obama watched as the raid to kill Osama bin Laden played out on a television in front of him. According to a new book, however, the President was not nearly that engaged and was actually playing golf until 20 minutes before the operation began in earnest.Only then did he down his clubs and return to the White House to watch what he later trumpeted as a great success of his presidency. A new book claims the official account was

I’ve always thought the expression on Obama’s face signaled his annoyance at having to leave the golf course.
A lot of versions = No truth in any of them.
“and was actually playing golf until 20 minutes before the operation began in earnest.Only then did he down his clubs and return to the White House to watch what he later trumpeted as a great success of his presidency.”
He looks like the pizza delivery guy who just stopped by.
"They interrupted my golf game for this?"
The President rarely personnally joins in with a special operation. Few have anything to offer the team.
Blows a big fat frakin’ HOLE in that WH/libtard claim that the AnointedIdiot spent x-amount of hours agonizing over whether to give the order(s) to dispatch OBL..... =.=
So that explains why he thought he led the seal team in. He did do a lot of hard work in the sand on that day. He just got mixed up in the specifics, that’s all...
Well heck, a lot of FReepers commented, on the day it happened, that it looked like Obama had just come in off the golf course.
Correcting the fairy tale: A SEALs account of how Osama bin Laden really died
The NatGeo show last night was truly a disappointment. It served more as a self promotion of the reporter if nothing else. Also tries to give the viewer the impression of Obama as a decisive leader due to the fact there was not a 100% confirmation that Bin Laden was in the compound, only circumstantial evidence.
The show only glossed over how they sniffed out the courier (passingly mentioning interrogations in Gitmo).
I guess this was NatGeo’s attempt to pre-empt the Sony Hollywood movie they were thinking about making.
Well, he couldn’t be bothered to spend more than 30 minutes with his dying grandmother before heading out to the links. Why should he bother taking time out for the SEALS?
He looks like he’s sitting outside the principal’s office. Either way, it’s obvious to the world he does NOT want to be there.
Yes, prayers. It's sickening. Biden couldn't wait to flap his jowls. The entire administration is disgusting.

Fortunately, I had it recorded on my DVR and was therefore able to quickly skip past the sections with Oblowhard and his fawning sycophants.
That said; so glad this is getting into 'book form'; so more will know; and appreciate; who it is; that is NOT really, a 'key' Leader; in our White House. All title. . .no substance.
Obama was scared that Bin Ladin might shoot at him through the TV screen
LOLOLOL........ the list of negetive discriptors is endless!
