Absent the rather wonderful surprize (which does not, admittedly look likely) of Governor Palin joining forces with Herman Cain as his VP.

Cain / Gingrich is starting to look like pure gold.

I don’t think Gingrich can win the primaries. But the two of them will be unstoppable together. They’ve got it all.

I think they are thinking about this idea too
