That’s an interesting point - if she wasn’t an employee under his domain, then she’s not in a protected class with regard to EEOC.

So the real question is 'did he come on to her in a crude fashion'. And the answer is yes - putting his hand up her skirt is crude. Was it against the law? Probably not...

I assume she knew about 'sex' - and how to push her legs together to stop a wandering hand...while saying 'no'...

Most women know something's happening at the stage where a man puts his hand on their leg... That said, this will hurt Cain.

For future's sake it's time to educate young women on asking older men for help getting a job - and the appropriateness of having dinner with them. Much responsibility is the mans - but women are equals - and they also have responsibility...

No the real question is why is she lying? Your mistake is you assume the story true. It is not.

Think of the physical layout of a front seat of a car. Hand up skirt, push head towards crotch. Cannot be done. The steering wheel is in the way

Woman is lying scum.

You know for a fact that Mr. Cain did this how?

Even IF her tale is true - which I highly doubt, the endgame was she told him to stop and he STOPPED. He didn't forcibly rape her, bite her lip to keep her quiet, and tell her to put ice on it.

BTW, I like how she quotes him for obvious sexual harassment effect "don't you want a job?". Like even in actual sex harassment cases it5 is that literal. Sheesh!

IF he did it. For that we have only the word of a highly partisan accuser with a highly partisan attorney.

There were NO witnesses, no physical evidence - nothing to prove its true.

Cain is being asked to prove a negative. As you and I well know, its impossible.

If you want to believe her story, fine. I don’t.

—And the answer is yes...—

No. Rather, she claims the answer is yes.

I have read nothing that proves her story is true. It is considered acceptable circumstantial evidence of sexual harassment IF a number of accusers COME FORWARD making charges about the behavior of one person. The circumstantial evidence is that a PATTERN is being established.

Pattern of behavior is one way Clinton was known to be a harasser.

In this instance, these women are NOT coming forward except for today.

All this talk about crude come ons is just complete bs. Cain was married at the time though. And that’s a real issue. He took an oath to his wife to be faithful, and he might’ve tried to break it. We can’t have someone as President who is so comfortable with breaking oaths. This story does seem like bs. But if it was true, it’s much much worse because he was married.

For real, this whole subject means nothing. If he did not commit a crime, I could care less. Sure, there is an integrity issue here, but it was a decade ago. The media may be plastering it on their websites, but I have yet to speak to anyone who really gives a hoot about Cain’s past.
