I believe Cain already has stated that he made a point of doing that as well - keeping his door open when the secretary was in his office, etc.
The trouble is, even when you do follow that advice, it doesn’t prevent someone from claiming that they were alone - like this gal is doing.
Only having a full-time body guard, 24-hour camera tie clasp or some-such helps then. And of course the body-guard would lie for his client, so I guess that wouldn’t be a good witness.
