My guess is the libs saw the first attacks on Cain weren't going anywhere and were fading so they threw this together hastily trying to revive the issue.
A scheme thrown together hastily, without deep research, usually has errors.
This has a good chance of blowing up in the libs faces big time.

A scheme thrown together hastily, without deep research, usually has errors. What's kind of niggling at me is she says he offered her a "stimulus package." If someone used it today, it would be "witty" (in a gross way), but would anyone have used it pre-Obama?
