JoePa knew for at least 3 years that Sandusky was a pedophile. This was JoePa’s house! Sandusky may have been an ex-employee but he still had all access to the football facilities including his own office. This was happening in his locker room. Even if the Grad Asst. didn’t share the details JoePa didn’t need to be a rocket scientist to figure out what when on in there.
This was all about covering for JoePa’s eventual all-time winning record in CFB. That’s why they didn’t fire his but when was losing big time.
I guess being a Catholic, JoePa is taking his cues from the Vatican.
My prediction made a few hours earlier. This is going to get messy. President Spanier says he believes in the honesty of Curley and Schultz and will support them to the end. The university will be picking up their legal tab. According to the AG, Paterno has agreed to testify against Curley and Schultz. No way can they keep these guys on active staff with this looming.

Imagine that, Child Molestation being excused and covered up in Central, PA. I wonder if Penn State had some assistance in covering it up from the Diocese of Allentown? Seeing as they are the resident experts at this stuff in PA.

That's not a mistake. A mistake is a car accident, spilling something, typos, putting a wrong dollar figure in, grabbing the wrong checkbook, etc. That's a mistake.

The graduate assistant, the cleaning crews and all who witnessed felonies and didn’t report child rapes to the police should also be charged. the parents of all the boys who knew should also be charged for remaining quiet and letting this man continue to have access to their boys and not reporting to the police. outrageous and negligent. they should all go down.
