This comes across to me like some 1970 George Bush ANG document written with 1990's Windows font.

Sorry, but I’m leaving.
I’ve already heard enough of this stuff to exceed my BS Tolerance Level for the next ten years.
Besides, Grandma’s coming home from her don’t-say-anything-’cause-it’s-no-big-deal surgery (Had a knee rebuilt and yes, she’s fine) and I want to be in my very, very best humor when I go get my lady outta the Joint.
