No...the daughter of a lawyer and judge (the old-school kind). I imprinted after my father.
I think like an uneducated lawyer and do not know law---which is why I appreciate Levin so much. He is the only talk-show conservative who takes the time and is qualified to tell me what illegal and what is unConstitutional.
In all the opinions flying back and forth---no matter how brilliant---I want to know what is illegal and what is unConstitutional.
A passionate man after the truth, Levin has the added talent to bring his legal expertise dispassionately into any evaluation of a matter. I always want to know what he thinks. Few other people have been in that roster---one or two, I would even consider enemies, but I want to know what they think. That's why I listen to Levin.
