The Herman Cain scandal finally has a name and a face.
Superlawyer Gloria Allred introduced her client, Sharon Bialek, at a press conference in New York on Monday afternoon, telling reporters that the woman formerly employed by the National Restaurant Association's educational arm had been subject to an unwanted sexual advance from the Republican presidential candidate.
Bialek, a Chicagoan, had raised money for the restaurant association before being terminated in 1997, Allred said. When she lost her job, Bialek reached out to Cain for help.
"Mr. Cain instead decided to try to provide her with his idea of a stimulus package," Allred said.
Bialek detailed Cain's sexual overture, explaining that he spent money on a palatial hotel suite for her at the time of their meeting. When they saw each other in the evening, Bialek said he put his hand on her leg, "reached for [her] genitals" and pushed her head toward his crotch.
When Bialek objected, Cain asked her: "You want a job, right?"
Bialek called on Cain to "come clean about what you did," saying: "Mr. Cain, I implore you, make this right."
Allred said her client is not filing a "lawsuit or claim" and has not been in touch with any of the other women who have accused Cain of personal misconduct.
Washington attorney Joel Bennett, who represents another Cain accuser, told POLITICO's Jonathan Martin that he had previously been in touch with a woman in Chicago who had been mistreated by Cain. But Bennett said he did not direct that woman to Allred, and "as of when I spoke to her [Sunday], she hadn't decided to go public."

Yeah, she really looks like a victim. And anyone who has Gloria Allred as her attorney is immediately suspect.
What’s the difference? None of the allegations have any foundation. This bimbo doesn’t intend to sue, what the hell legal standpoint does Allred have?
I believe the Hermancain, but ( you just knew there was a but) even if the left can’t stop him, and I don’t think they will, they have marked him as “damaged goods” and like George Bush, even if he wins the Presidency, he will be seen as unworthy by them.

This woman left out of lot of detail to have such a great memory. She remembers what he was wearing and what she was wearing but all we hear is “He tried. I said ‘no’. He took me back to my hotel.”
Don’t guess there was any small talk at all. Such as “I came here to ask you to help me get a job. Since you tried to get me to screw you I guess that jobbie thing’s out of the question.” Then what did Cain say?
Marc Levin asking loads of legitimate questions that raise serious doubts about this woman’s story.
I understand the bimbo is a "single mom" did anyone ask her if she had ever bothered to get married.
