I wonder if his factory will burn down this time around?

I grew up in an area with a heavy, um, "legitimate businessmen", and I remember hearing a joke related to them:

A, um, legitimate businessman is walking down the street, when another, um, legitimate businessman walks up and says, "Gee, I heard your factory just burned down. How terrible!"

The first, um, legitimate businessman says, "Shhh! That's next week!"
