Herman Cain sought to ride out the sexual harassment scandal engulfing his embattled presidential campaign by projecting a business-as-usual façade.
But there were growing signs of unease in conservative circles as a fourth accuser — Sharon Bialek — provided a name and a face to what had been anonymous harassment allegations against the GOP front-runner. Bialek's detailed and lurid accusations — that Cain groped her in a car after she asked for his help finding a job — spun his already embattled campaign into an uncertain new territory.
"He deserves a fair chance. But that doesn't mean he gets a pass. These are not anonymous allegations anymore unfortunately," said New Hampshire conservative activist Jennifer Hor, who last week had condemned media coverage of the allegations against Cain.
"I think he does need to take another step and answer a few more questions."

The MSM loves to take down conservative candidates. Its not like they’re being objective about what’s happening.

Not that’s its any of their damn business anyway. Cain should wag the finger at the media and say: “I never once had sex with that woman. Never!”

Time for lie detector tests for everyone whose name is included in these stories.
If everything these women say is true, there is still NO “sexual harassment”. He stopped when they said stop and besides this last one wasn't even employed.
He never told them to put some ice on it and he never hired goons to destroy them.
Cain compares quite favorably with Der Slickmeister.

Bill Curtis has huge credibility. He says he thought “Cain is dead” until he got on the elevator and talked to some people who worked with her. He says a lot more will come out about her. I have a hunch this woman craves publicity. She has mental problems. And Allred got duped because she wanted this to be true so bad. 11
Kurtis says that he wouldn’t be surprised if it comes out that Bialek came on to Cain, not the other way around, given her history and the tales people in the corridors of CBS Chicago are telling about her (she worked for CBS).

Going through the story that was laid out in the press conference today by Sharon Bialek, Levin has found a few ‘problems’ that necessitate more information. He said earlier in the show that he was unable to get Gloria Allred to book her client on his show, so he’s basically left with just questions that need answers. One such question is why, after Cain had already ‘upgraded’ Bialek’s hotel room and then took her out to eat at an Italian restaurant would Cain then ask Bialek why she was meeting with him. Another question would be why he took her to the NRA to show her around if she had already worked there before? And there’s more...

I wouldn’t quite put it that strongly, but you are right that he should reference what the MSM is now saying about her. The Chicago Tribune (not exactly a right-wing journal) pretty much told the whole story on this mental case.
But overall, I agree that he should tend to let others carry the water this time.
