Conrad Murray placed on suicide watch at jail
November 7, 2011 | 9:27 pm

Dr. Conrad Murray was placed on suicide watch at the L.A. County Jail on Monday, hours after he was convicted of involuntary manslaughter in Michael Jackson's death and being taken into custody.

Immediately after the verdict, Murray was placed in handcuffs at the direction of the judge, to remain behind bars pending his Nov. 29 sentencing.

He knows how to kill better than how to survive.

This was the lead topic on Hannity yesterday, which is why I usually don’t listen to Hannity. The Cain issue took a back seat.

Suicide watch - does that mean it’ll be on pay-per-view?

If not for this creep Michael would still be with us. And who knows how the world might have been?

My guess is, his lawyer requested it in order to protect him from the other inmates

I have read court cases where VOLUNTARY manslaughter - specifically using a gun to shoot and kill a person - resulted in only 8 years probation.

I don't think so. If not Murry, it would have been some different quack Michael hired at a million a year to provide him with all the drugs he wants. This doesn't absolve Murry but it does put a lot of blame on Jackson himself.

“Conrad Murray placed on suicide watch at jail”

Why put anyone on suicide watch if there is even the remote possibility that taxpayers monies can be saved by simply not watching?

Suicide?? I'm sure there are plenty of jackson fans in the jail.

If he does do the deed...Jackson fans will cheer!! They're all friggin' sick.

Doctors make mistakes all the time. They DO NOT go to jail.

Friggin' Jackson was a damn druggie...

I dont know why he would even be worried, if he were to be sentenced to the maximum of 4 years, he would be out by christmas. With Jail overcrowding and the releasing of “non-violent” offenders, he will probably get house arrest.

Oh, not violated! That's such a harsh word! I like to think of it as a kind of awakening.

I like Sean...but am not his biggest fan. He wrestles with the obvious a bit too much for my taste. That said...when an uncomfortable bit of info comes out that is too hot for the MSM, he IS ON IT LIKE A DOG ON A BONE. I always give him credit for the Rev. Wright stuff.

I actually heard a bit of the show about M. J.’s doc...and turned it off. I care more about the local auction program on the radio....!

But, I believe that Sean is just so bugged by the obvious, brutal attack on his friend...he just had to distance himself from it. I would do the same. Until some REAL facts come out or Cain makes a formal statement...Why get in the mud with the pigs.

I am disgusted by the all out attack of Cain. Did he “ever” do something improper with/to a woman? Who knows? I know that he is a human and that we all do dumb things. I know that this latest old blond fool is NOT telling the truth. Her story doesn't make sense....and we all know what Judge Judy thinks of that. (tee hee)

I can't read/hear anything more about the Cain/harassment stories any more... I'm sick of it.

I was watching this live via the TMZ website . Levin, a lawyer, said he it is likely the he could end up on house arrest. Certain laws in that state about overcrowding.

He also said that if Murray had kept his mouth shut charges would have never been brought. He is going to lose his medical license. You can’t make money while on house arrest so how do you pay your bills??

So yeah, his financial situation is bleak.

Is he still in jail? I thought he would be out by now based on the Lohan rule.
