So the Government can now force you to eat broccoli or drive a Chevy. Sounds like Communism to me.

Yep. All they have to do apparently is suggest the existence of some sort of national problem, and claim that broccoli or a Chevy is the solution. And if you can’t afford it or don’t want it too bad. Apparently these judges see very little constitutional limitation on what Congress can do.
