Perry Prefers DADT, Says Obama Should Have Overthrown Iran Regime
ABC News ^ | 11-8-11 | Arlette Saenz

Texas Gov. Rick Perry said individuals should not be questioned on their “decision about their sexuality” and said he would be “comfortable” returning to the military policy of “Don’t Ask Don’t Tell.”

Perry said DADT worked well before President Obama repealed it in what Perry described as a response to Obama’s political base.

“I think you go back to commanders in the field and have that conversation. I think Don’t Ask Don’t Tell worked very well,” Perry said in an ABC News/Yahoo interview with Christiane Amanpour. “I think the idea that the president of the United States wanted to make a political statement using our men and women in the military as the tool for that was irresponsible.”

“The president of the United States, changing a policy that was working well and to do it while we were at war in two different theaters, I think was irresponsible and I truly believe he did it to respond to his political base,” Perry said.

Perry, who served in the Air Force, said individuals should not be asked about their decisions on how they will practice their sexuality.

Perry wanted Don’t Ask Don’t Tell to remain military policy.

Perry wanted the Iranian regime undermined to the point of collapse as they were torturing and killing their own people in the streets who were begging America to help them. And that applies to both the Bush and Obama Administrations...

(Instead, we have the regime in place, about to go nuclear and threaten Israel, the ME, Europe and even the U.S.)

But that is impossible. Because we all know Perry is a liberal and those aren’t liberal positions. /sarcasm

“Mr amnesty”...that would be Ronald Reagan.

Last time I checked, he did have it.

So “Mr amnesty doesn’t have it” is patently false.

Perry is a Marxist. Sexuality neutrality—there is no difference between man and woman so they are interchangeable, comes from Marx’s egalitarianism.

There is no right and wrong—there is no God—we have NO Natural Rights because we are kicking God’s standard out of the Constitution and inserting Barney Frank’s standards of good and bad. VERY SICK IDEOLOGY.

Perry wants to make Christianity and the Bible, hate speech. He is NO Christian.

“Perry is a Marxist.”

I think he’s probably wrong on immigration, but a Marxist?

There is no evidence to back that assertion up. Frankly, it’s that sort of histrionics that taints presidential politics.

It’s stupid. Everyone but Arizona is doing it, and if you aren’t the feds come down and eat your lunch.

The DREAM act, however, was an unforced error on Perry’s part, hence he’s wrong on immigration.

Marx was for abolishing the right to private property in favor of a collectivist state. Does that characterize Perry’s overarching philosophy?

Likely not.

I think they should go back to the UCMJ book where fags are kicked out, period. End of discussion.

There is no room in the military for queers or steers.

Queer behavior is abnormal and is detrimental to unit cohesion in a combat environment. When I was in, we had blanket party, and the fag left the service.

Had he given the military any grief, he'd have been gator bait.

Cruel, maybe, but that was the only queer I ever knew about {not saying there weren't some closet gays} but in the late 50s and early 60s there were no gay rights.

Better times and it's behavior not genetic.

“How wide and how long was that toll road, I forgot.”

I must not be your contact, because I don’t know what today’s reply is, or are you just ejecting random questions at this point?

How about this:

“John has a long mustache. John has a long mustache.”

Reagan signed an amnesty, he did not support it. And he called it a mistake. Stop pissing on Reagan’s grave by confusing a bad compromise he reluctantly supported (and was then betrayed on) with some principled stance.

Any one who believes in ‘homosexual’ marriage is a right buys into Marx’s belief in the idea that there is no difference between women and men (egalitarianism and his Hierarchy of “gender”)—men and women are interchangeable==biology is meaningless——Hays was a communist—Friedan was a communist...everyone who wants to destroy the natural family is a Marxist==and they do not believe in Natural Law Theory...they are progressives/marxists/atheists. No Christian can believe that homosexual marriage is a “right” even if voted by a majority of people in a state because it is against Natural Law and God’s laws. I heard what Perry said about homosexual marriage-—he is a Marxist and a pseudoChristian or a dumb ignorant Christian.

A dumb, ignorant Christian is a long way from being a Marxist. I’m not sure most socialists see themselves as socialists, out of exactly what you say - ignorance.

There is economic/political theory and there is social ‘science’. Marx may have had opinions on golf too, but concurring with them doesn’t automatically make you a ‘Marxist’.

Broken clocks are right twice a day - agreeing with them at that time doesn’t make you a subscriber to broken clocks, as it were.

Not defending Perry here. I am however trying to introduce a little nuance in a process that currently has none at all.

I am talking about Gramsci—and “cultural” Marxism. I know that Marx was dealing with economics-—but in that he loathed the family unit—the patriarchy and Natural Law Theory. German Postmodernists threw out Natural Law Theory and Darwinism became their Bible.

Our country is based on the Bible and Natural Law Theory...always has been until cultural Marxists took over the media and schools.

Perry is “ignorant” or being bribed. He is a useful idiot-—Marxists don’t care if people become “Marxists” as long as they are idiots who don’t get in the way of their agenda.

Perry facilitates their agenda—Marxism=-open borders, homosexual marriage “if the mob rule votes for it or Judges declare it so even though it goes directly against Natural Law Theory—the foundation of our legal system.

Ya, probably Perry is just a stupid, ignorant Texan who doesn’r realize that socialism/communism is the road to Serfdom....Wish he was educated.
