No, not completely. He may be making creative use of the process in place, and may be crossing some lines (F&F) which will come back to more than haunt him, but on the whole there is still a three-branch system in place which he must work within. His “jobs bill” is going nowhere, raising the debt ceiling took a huge fight, and ObamaCare didn’t just happen on his own. He hasn’t dictated a lifetime term; instead, he might not make it thru his first four years, and odds are he won’t start a second.

Don’t let hyperbole overwhelm you.

Obama is a dictator, 100%.

Much to his chagrin, the Constitution has prevented him from governing 100% by executive fiat.

But make no mistake, he thinks he should, and would if he could.
