If a man makes a pass at a woman and she rejects him and he says "OK" that is not sexual harassment, is it?

It is in the corporate world. The asking out is a crime in and of itself.

Sure am glad most of my corporate world experience was before PC was in vogue.

In my day, if a guy made an unwelcome advance you brushed him off and got on with things.

Some guys got a reputation...I remember one earned the nickname "Hans" because he could not keep his "hans" to himself.

#81: No, it is NOT a crime. Sexual harrassment is a pattern of behavior. Not a one-time event. Corporations no longer have to give sexual harrassment seminars anymore. My company does it, but only because we face customers and vendors on the projects we work.
