Not necessarily. He might be doing it for nearly free because he likes Herman Cain and has the promise of a few favors if HC gets elected. This is what is going on IMHO

Wood would be willing to do it for free, for the simple reason that high profile cases are millions of dollars of future business.

Plus, he’d get a really nifty write-off.
