She even complained about a “sexually explicit” email comparing men/women to computers. I can only imagine how petty THAT was.

Dollar to a donut it was this...

This woman and those of her ilk are why managers have to keep copious files detailing specific incidents warranting termination before they can get rid of them. General pain in the ass does not wash well in court testimony. And heaven forbid if we are talking of a Federal government employee....

“The joke circulated online lists reasons men and women were like computers, including that men were like computers because “in order to get their attention, you have to turn them on.” Women were like computers because “even your smallest mistakes are stored in long-term memory for later retrieval.””

I actually remember getting that email myself, some time in the past. I don't remember the details and I'm sure I don't have a copy of it, but someone somewhere out there does, and I'd like to see it posted, because I'd like everyone to see how ridiculous her charge against that particular supervisor was!

IIRC, it was a mildly funny, maybe mildly racy email; nothing to get the average adult's blood pressure up.

If she found that email offensive, then I can believe Mr. Cain's "you're the same height as my wife, she is this tall" gesture offensive, because she is ready and willing to find anything at all offensive.

What is even more believable is that at the NRA, as in the government job, she was looking for a raise, a promotion, a transfer, some sort of special concessions which would not normally be considered reasonable. She thought to increase her chances of having her demands met by throwing in a little harassment charge (give me what I want and I'll drop the charge) and, instead, she got a "take this severance package and go away" from the NRA folks who knew they needed her like they did the plague.

As you point out, anyone who hires her has a screw loose, she's a serial complainer.

I surely would not want to work with her, and I'm female. Sooner or later, anyone working with her would, in an unguarded moment, let slip something like "Don't get your panties in a twist," or even something like "That's a cockamamie idea" and be slapped with a complaint!

This one???

Computers: Male or Female?

An English teacher was explaining to his students the concept of gender association in the English language.

He stated how hurricanes at one time were given feminine names and how ships and planes were usually referred to as “she”. One of the students raised their hand and asked “What gender is a computer”?

The teacher wasn’t certain which it was, so he divided the class into two groups, males in one, females in the other, and asked them to decide if a computer should be masculine or feminine. Both groups were asked to give four reasons for their recommendation. The group of women concluded that computers should be referred to in the masculine gender, for the following reasons:

1. In order to get their attention, you have to turn them on.

2. They have a lot of data but are still clueless.

3. They are supposed to help you solve your problems, but half the time they cause the problem.

4. As soon as you commit to one, you realize that if you had waited a little longer, you could have had a better model.

The men, on the other hand, decided that computers should definitely be referred to in the feminine gender for the following reasons:

1. No one but their creator understands their internal logic.

2. The native language they use to communicate with other computers is incomprehensible to everyone else.

3. Even your smallest mistakes are stored in long-term memory for later retrieval.

4. As soon as you make a commitment to one, you find yourself spending half your paycheck on accessories for it.

This shrew made false charges against Cain. The NRA decided to settle it to get rid of her and spare further legal costs. She told herself wow that worked and tried it again at the next job she sucked at.

She hasn't once offered any specifics of her interaction with Cain (he has), precisely because it is of the weak and pathetic nature of complaining about an email.

THE MEDIA KNEW WHO SHE WAS FOR WEEKS IF NOT MONTHS - WHY DID THEY NOT VET HER BEFORE RUNNING WITH A FALSE STORY????

*** is she the CLOWN who lived in DAVID AXELROD’S Chicago apartment building (and admits she socialized with him in their building’s gym)? ***

Here's a little inside baseball on; 'DAVID AXELROD’S Chicago apartment building'. And that is, it just ain't any old 'apartment building'.

That building is: 505 North Lakeshore Drive, otherwise known in Chicago as: Lake Point Tower. And at one point in recent history (early '80s) was The Tallest All Concrete Construction Building in THE WORLD (70 Stories)(1). And it costs soooooo much to have an Apartment there, most folks couldn't afford the extra cost for an inside parking space. (It's now a Condo Bldg)

Saying it's 'Ritzy' is putting it mildly. And how this woman could afford to live there doesn't add up. You'd need a pretty big six figure income at least. Most 'renters' or owners are Millionaires.

(1) Concrete mixes have advanced since the 70's and 80's and now all concrete buildings (no steel beams at all) can now go a bit higher. But when Lake Point Tower was built, it maxed out the concrete calculations. (been in Commercial Const. 41 yrs. An old friend was a draftsman (HVAC) who worked on Lake Point Tower.)

Horse people are wacky. I lived with one, and know at least three others, and they’re all bizarre people, with serious personal issues.

I don’t know what it is about horse people, but they’re really strange.

to all....Cain hires top lawyer :

Herman Cain’s powerful attorney: L. Lin Wood

The Washington Post ^ | November 8, 2011 | Rachel Van Dongen

Posted on 11/08/2011 10:06:00 PM PST by 2ndDivisionVet

When Herman Cain held the long-awaited news conference late Tuesday afternoon to tackle allegations that he sexually harassed four women, a smooth-talking Southern attorney was the first person to step to the microphone.

Cain’s lawyer is L. Lin Wood, a well-known Atlanta-based trial attorney who has carved out a successful career representing the high-profile and falsely accused, often seeking eye-popping damages for those he believes have been libeled or slandered in the press.

The good news is the percent of women who do this for a living is very small. I think most women would be ashamed to admit they were that easy and loose. It follows that the women who do this are greedy whores—IMHO.

It is the easiest thing in the world to do once a woman decides to play the system. I was an Army lieutenant Colonel Division Chief supervising 79 military and civil servant employees.

I was accused of age, sex and gender discimination by a civil servant. She was angry that I gave her a poor performance evaluation and did not get a $500 bonus.

At that time she was in charge of a very high profile and complicated project. We had to brief a 2 star general weekly. She was never prepared. Finally, I took over the briefing and was doing her project work for her.

I counseled her twice during this period. This amounted to telling her where she was going wrong and how to fix it. Instead of following my advice she chose to get angry and convince herself that I was the problem. Her performance continued to deteriorate. I should also mention that the woman had a history of playing the race card before she came to my Division.

Also that she had worked for me before at lower non-supervisory grade. She did well in that job and I gave her a comensurate rating. When my job was converted to a civilian position I was transferred to a different job. The guy who took my job promoted her. He was subsequently moved out because he was not doing well as a Division Chief. I was asked to temporarily retake the job until another civilian Division Chief could be found.

So now Mary (pseudonym) is a supervisor and fails. Her performance evaluation reflects same. She initiates EEO complaint. The young woman sent to interview me from EEO comes in to my office and demands I respond to Mary’s allegations. It is really not an interview. It is hostile from the start. She wasn’t asking questions. She was accusing. After a few moments I stopped responding. She continued to accuse. I continued to say nothing. Finally she realized I wasn’t saying anything and said I had to answer her questions. I said “you may go”. She insisted I had to answer her questions. I told her to either leave my office or I would leave.

I knew her civilian boss. Called her and told her what transpired. Never saw the little chippie again, but Mary’s case moved inexoribly along. Took two years before it finally got to arbitration. I had moved on to a new assignment. Witnesses like my boss had long since gone to new assignments. My old boss had to flown back from Germany.

Two things worked in my favor. First I had supervised Mary before and had given her glowing evaluations. Secondly, I never counsel anyone—especially a female—without my own witness.

Upshot: She could not prove any age, gender or race discrimination. In fact, the record showed just the opposite. But, the government decided to settle to get rid of the woman. The settlement included her signing a pledge to retire immediately and to never sue the government on this issue again. In return she got the $500 bonus.

Like Cain I refused to sign the settlement. The government either changed my evaluation or had someone write a new one to facilitate Mary getting the bonus. All illegal as hell.

If I were to run for office and some one wanted to smear me in the future the ingredients are there. Ultimately the smear would be proven to be what it was. But damage to me would have been inflicted. Defending the false charge diverts me from my campaign strategy. The people who pompously state that “where there’s smaoke there’s fire” would condemn me despite the facts of the case and so on.

Sorry to be so verbose. My intent was to explain how sleezebags and their lawyers destroy otherwise good people. I thought the detail I provided would help you understand how it works.

"....Typical, these people make their lives filing complaints....."

They do exist. I was married to a woman like this. Took everyone she could to court for money. She would go into a supermarket, "accidentally" trip and fall....and sue.

Another gold-digger.

Things are coming more and more into focus.

I believe Cain's press conference addressed these allegations and he can simply refer them back to the press conference.

He spoke directly to them (particularly Bialek's) and denied them categorically. He has made it clear from this press conference and from his releases that he understands that Bialek is troubled (and any casual review of her history is indicative of this) and being used...and thereby sends a signal to her and to her ambulance-chasing, publicity and politically motivated lawyer that he can get a lot more junk yard mean about it if they continue to slander him.

Now with this, we find that this woman also has a "history" and her credibility goes to...well, zero.

IMHO, Cain did very well and can now, as I said, in the fuuture, (and to the never ending chagrin of these MSM elitists and enemies)refer any questions about these incidents back to the press conference and its transcript and continue on with his campaign.

But the left and others hate him and are threatened by him and I do not believe they will stop. He needs to be prepared for that, and we need to support the man...both with encouragement and with any donations we can make.

He is a principled, conservative, God-fearing Christian man...and he is not a quitter or one to back down from a scrape and as a man of strong moral character and commitment to this nation, that is exactly what we need through this campaign, and in the years ahead as he and a majority House and Senate do the work necessary to take our country back.

Once they think they can game the system, it never stops.

Generally, liberals have a visceral hatred of productive activity. This isn't just laziness. They believe that work is evil. So they do whatever they can to get money without being productive. The lesson is, don't hire liberals.
