“I actually remember getting that email myself, some time in the past. I don’t remember the details and I’m sure I don’t have a copy of it, but someone somewhere out there does, and I’d like to see it posted, because I’d like everyone to see how ridiculous her charge against that particular supervisor was! “

So. You’re part of the problem. You work in an environment where EVERY GUY would rip your clothes off at the first opportunity (as evidenced by this E-Mail), and you do NOTHING about it. It’s no wonder that women are raped EVERY DAY in this country.

(I’m practicing to become a lawyer like Allred - LOL)

Frankly, until I learn of credible evidence about “the second one”, my opinion is that the number of women (certainly not “ladies”) and claims involved has gotten mixed up. My opinion is that there only two who we all know about, plus that non-claim made by woman in Egypt who was too scared to tell the “lovely young” lady about Cain but then managed enough courage to go to dinner with him anyway.

As for the harassment claims process, I’m pretty sure a formal legal complaint was never filed or there’d be a record of it. In that case, however, I doubt any individual would have to be specifically named in the legal complaint (although I could be wrong and that could also depend on state law) although the place of employment certainly would. Obviously, specific names would have to come out at some point in the process.

When I think of “complaints” in this case, I think of Krushaar(sp) walking into the HR department and complaining about specific people and incidents. A report is made, obviously names would have to come out, and HR and Legal Dept. would question people and work with the complainer’s attorney if she got one. Situation ends with the complaint getting dropped, a formal legal complaint being filed, or most likely, a separation agreement and severance package.

Bottom line is that she may well have mentioned multiple people including Mr. Cain, or just Mr. Cain, but she’d have to name names at some point or it would go nowhere.

It would also be interesting to know what Ms. K’s situation at the NRA was at the time of her complaint. If she was on the chopping block or even in rough waters and was/is devious enough she could have raised the issue just so that she did not get canned the traditional way and make some money at the same time.

FYI on the second claim issue:

I can still find only 1, not 2, just 1. The claims of “two” appears to be false rumors, hearsay, or simple B.S. unsubstantiated claims to further smear Cain.

Someone can sure correct me if I’m wrong, but if I’m not, then correct others because “two” is the mindset right now hurts the positive psyche for Cain - 2 is much different than only 1 non-sexual gesture that an overly-sensitive woman says made her feel “uncomfortable”.

See the belows snip from last Saturday’s CBS article:

[snip] “Cain left the association June 30, 1999, according to the NRA. Under that timeline, Cain would have been gone when the settlement was reached—and may well have been gone when she filed the complaint.

Cain has insisted he only knew of one complaint, and says he knew of no legal settlements—only what he calls a severance agreement with one woman. This timeline could well bolster his claims.

When Cain ran to represent Georgia in the Senate four years later, he told his advisers there was one complaint against him at the Restaurant Association, and that it was “baseless.” One former staffer on the Senate campaign told CBS News that he and other advisers in the campaign knew about that complaint and believed it was meritless, but thought it could crop up in possible opposition research.”

Axlerod comes across to me as the sleaziest communist SOB. I could picture him paying this woman and Alred a million dollars to take down Cain or anyone else.

Sad to say, but my government has become a replica of the Soviet Union from the 1970 era. A communist shit-hole run by socialist thugs, headed for bankruptcy.

Axelrod is a living POS. Calling him a sleazy communist is a compliment to him. Nothing is beneath him.

So If I was Cain or one of 'his people' I'd challenge that POS and all these 'women' to take a Lie Detector test (at least one already 'failed' a body language test - on Drudge yesterday).

It's 'funny' that in Cain's entire career there was not one complaint, except for in the three short years he was at the NRA. Now that just doesn't happen. One doesn't become a 'sexual predator' all of a sudden, for one short period of your life, and then - STOP. One 'is' or 'isn't', there is no in-between.

And there is no doubt that the one witch from Chicago is full of it. The impeccable, respected by all, journalist, Bill Curtis of CBS Chicago, said there's a LOT about that woman that will come out and none is good. She once worked at a CBS radio station in Chi and he knows her. He actually said Cain has nothing to worry about from her.
