Ive read her personal and political resume (not too shabby for a lib) and nowhere does it say “lesbian”.

She no more or less supports gay issues than any other democrat

Our MD governor Marty O Malley pushes gay marriage but no one references Marty's sexuality everytime they write about him. Ditto with Bloomberg, Giuliani and countless other politicians of both parties

so why is this politician constantly referenced as a
“lesbian”. How tiresome.

Are you trying to say she is not a lesbian?

She is pictured above with her “partner”.

All her mayoral appointments have been through gay-issues filters.

Because she is and because she receives financial support from the GLBT community nationwide. She therefore supports gay issues and gays support her. I'm not saying this is wrong, just a fact. Families, conservatives, producers very strongly tend to live outside the loop (outside the city limits of Houston) so those that live within the city tend to be more gay, more minority, more liberal, and BTW more taxed. It's just the way it is. I expect one day that the Hispanic communities in Houston will get their act together and take city council and the mayor's office. Unfortunately they will still be Democrats for whatever reason they are now. The city will continue to spend money it doesn't have until it is bankrupt unless something drastic changes soon which does not appear to be likely. This situation is not much different than other cities in the US where the productive class moves out of a city to the burbs. All cities are Detroit eventually, just a matter of time.

A letter Anise Parker sent out for campain contributions is shown below. The emphasis on her statement is done by Dave Wilson, who ran against her.

Well, when she was initially elected as Mayor one of her first duties as Mayor was to proudly sign a local ordinance that permits cross dressing male perverts to have access to womens public restrooms. She is a lesbian and a sexual pervert any way you want to slice it and anybody familiar with Houston knows this. I'm so glad I left that sinful sanctuary city cesspool of a city when I did some 11 years ago.

Houston is battling Austin for the title of the most sexually perverted city in Texas IMHO.

Because that is who she is. You are only reading words on paper. She was in trouble not to long ago trying to stack the council with lesbians.
