The mind boggles how so many(supposedly) educated FReepers don’t read the countless threads/posts that have refuted that slander about Newt’s first wife and their daughter’s clarification.
Here goes - one more time - First wife asked for the divorce. She was in the hospital for a benign tumor - Newt brought the 2 daughters to see her and she asked him about the divorce papers. She is still alive!!!!!
Freepers rarely let the truth get in the way
