This career synopsis is more consistent with being a CIA agent than a banker. What training would have qualified her to be an international banking consultant?
Really?
To my knowledge (and personal experience with CIA recruiting) the CIA would never have embraced a Red-Diaper Baby bigamously married to a radical socialist. She was much more likely to be a KGB asset than a CIA agent.
Her undergraduate degree was in mathematics, so she could easily comprehend the rudimentary accounting skills needed to be involved in micro-loan programs to women in third-world countries. That and her comfort in living in Muslim countries and her anthropological skills made her a perfect fit for the progressive programs of the Ford Foundation.
