When the US AIDS epidemic started in the early 1980s, the “gay” lobby successfully used the disease to gain sympathy for “gays”.
We all the know the sorry results from this, from the 1980s to today. But the “gay” lobby continues to ride the wave of HIV/AIDS to advance its goals, whenever it can.
HIV/AIDS is pretty much relegated to a chronic disease state at this point — same for diabetes, cancer, and a lot of other chronic conditions. A lot of HIV patients I see are doing quite well on the meds and are otherwise healthy.
The knowledge and technology is there for the rest of the world to use — all they need to do is get off their duffs and stop being so corrupt and socialistic, and they, too, can reduce AIDS to a chronic condition with which one can manage well enough into old age. Sending in Ellen the Lesbian isn’t the answer, no matter how much it scores points with the daytime TV Sheep set.
