The attorneys for the alleged “victims” can file a joint Libel suit against Cain in DC court. However, this would open the sexual harassment allegations (and character of the accusers) to cross-examination.

Why should the Senate or federal government be investigating any of this? Even if it is all true, these are matters that fall to the states to investigate and prosecute.
That certainly undermines her and her “clients” motivations or any claim of nonpartisanship for sure. She’s a lawyer, she knows the Senate shouldn’t be involved in this.
