"One has to ask, who IS paying Allred?"

This might be best left unasked, until the answer is known. Lawyers do do some pro bono work -- Allred might have waived all fees, for the chance at the publicity, and to appear as a hero to fellow femi-nazis, and the (rest of the) Dems.

I suspect that Alred put her up to this or at least provided lots of encouragement. Bialek has credibility problems. She would melt under hostile questioning. Alred is so partisan that she would gladly sacrifice Bialek to gain political points.
