I heard ours on our local talk radio station out of Las Vegas. It was like triple or quadruple, old notice talking over new notice.. almost sounded like an echo.. one would start, then another, then another, all talking a few seconds behind one another.
Had it been an emergency, I would have never understood what the heck they were saying.
You’re not the only one...I was on IRC when it happened and a lot of ppl said the same thing.
