Easy.
Stop welfare for the able-bodied long term idle of all ages over 15 not attending school full time.
Arrange welfare for children in dysfunctional families so that it can only be used for the children.
Make sure that "Credit Card" welfare formats can be used only by the recipient (ID checks) and all "prepared" foods, sodas, energy drinks, cigarettes, lottery tickets etc., are excluded.
Arrange for basic meal preparation lessons to be available on a voluntary basis and see how many take advantage of the free training.
Exclude "children" (15-26) who have been convicted of felonies from being covered by ANY welfare.
Eliminate welfare from welfare households that can't maintain a clean and sanitary household (tent cities for the unwilling.)
Reduce welfare amounts to families with large screen TVs, luxuries SUVs, Hundred-dollar sports shoes and multi-hundred dollar jackets, and cars with bling bling and/or 1000 watt stereos.
I'm sure that list can be expanded.
Resign. Congress is not needed for that.

The entitlement culture, arrogance and attitude has multiplied.
The housing and education have deteriorated equally for both blacks and non-blacks alike.
Why has the black subculture fared worse?

Execute all drug dealers. This will help the work ethic.
Simple. Issue an executive order requiring employers to hire only blacks until employment rates among blacks and non-blacks are equal. Didn’t Robert Reich already explain this to him?
President Obama knowing that he is done, trolls for the black vote after spending 14 trillion dollars on his “white” friends.
And cut off food stamps. The obesity problem will begin to melt away.
Kill EPA. Approve Keystone XL. Eliminate the capital gains tax. Cut corporate taxes by 2/3. Expedite approval of natural gas exploration, fracking and recovery. Kill all “alternative energy” projects. Stop bashing big business. Stop preaching class warfare. Abolish the Dept. of Education.
Those alone would put lots of people to work almost overnight. Not just black people, but all people.
None of the above will happen, though.
Black unemployment has SOARED under Hussein's regime.

Gosh maybe he for got what all that hopey changing crap was thought to be by the black community. For him to come outright and admit he has done nothing for this long is astonishing!
Is he the President of the UNITED STATES or the President of black Americans, only?Does he not know the suffering out here by all of us?
Even he cannot be this cold and divisive and biased towards the rest of us....this has to be more.
Perhaps a FEAR of running against an actually accomplished black man who he knows will slaughter him in the debates.
Is he trying to bribe any blacks out here who might be noticing another black man seeking a leadership position? Is he attempting to woo or bribe the black people in our nation, attempting to keep them tightly held on the old dem plantation, his special voting block, yet again? He sure disses Black Americans with low expectations continually.
Will he ever tire of splitting us by color, or education or economic status?
He is one sick puppy surrounded by equally sick and pathetic socialist grunts.
I thought he was suppose to be so brilliant and have the most perfect of plans because of his brilliance. What is all this seeking advise stuff?
