Sharon Bialeks fiance who said he is her primary source of financial support is unemployed and preparing to file for bankruptcy, according to Lake County court documents reviewed Tuesday by the Tribune. And in Cook County, lawsuits show she has been targeted by creditors who claimed she owed them thousands in unpaid rent, personal loans and credit card bills.
In a round of TV interviews, Bialek, 50, said she had no financial reasons for coming forward and had not been promised a job in exchange for accusing Cain of groping her in a parked car 14 years ago. She sought to downplay past financial problems
Woods is fine for the legal niceities, but Cain needs an experienced political spearhead like Snakehead or someone at least capable of emulating the way Rove handled Bush’s DUI gotcha at the last minute...and all Cain has is the Marlboro Man.
What is the REAL DAMNING ISSUE is that she sued a guy for paternity and then married him for a week to maneuver legally.
She takes a man’s money till he’s dry and then moves on to the next one.
L. Lin Wood
Cains lawyer is L. Lin Wood, a well-known Atlanta-based trial attorney who has carved out a successful career representing the high-profile and falsely accused, often seeking eye-popping damages for those he believes have been libeled or slandered in the press.
With Woods hiring, Cain has a powerful ally on his side. A partner with Wood Hernacki & Evans LLC, Wood has a three-decade-long career prosecuting, and defending, celebrity clients, sometimes winning mega-settlements on their behalf. He is a fierce advocate.
Woods career seems to have been launched by his defense of Atlanta security guard Richard Jewell, who was breathlessly named as a suspect in the 1996 Olympic bombing before being quickly cleared. Jewell later sued several news organizations, including CNN, Cox Enterprises and NBC. Most of the lawsuits were settled, but the one against the Atlanta Journal Constitution is ongoing.
This woman has already declared bancruptcy twice! Is there no end to how many more times she plans to take this way out?
Why can she not keep a job and pay her bills? I know a lot of people lost jobs in this economy, but most of them do not have 2 previous bancruptcies in their backgrounds!
