The feds will soon be coming into Happy Valley with this: The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act.

This may subject the entire PSU hierarchy, including Paterno, to criminal indictments.

If as a teacher he did not report the allegation-—just an allegation—to police or child Protective services he is LEGALLY guilty...Teachers are MANDATED TO report even an allegation.
