The White House on Thursday missed the deadline for responding to the Republican-approved subpoena issued last week demanding the White House turn over "all documents" pertaining to the Solyndra loan guarantee.
White House aides told Fox News there are no plans to produce more documents on the bankrupt solar panel firm until Republicans agree to narrow the scope of their request.
When Republicans on the House Energy and Commerce Committee last week approved the subpoena, they requested documents "referring or relating in any way" to the loan guarantee. The White House rejected the request as "overbroad" and accused Republicans of playing "partisan politics."

They never PLANNED on producing all of the requested documents, and they NEVER WILL.
I wonder what would happen to me if I did not respond to a subpoena?

So, I suppose the major networks are rolling their vans over to the Whitehouse lawn to report that the current administration is stonewalling and that Obama’s staff has gone to the mattresses. Right?

There is no reason that they should not produce the requested documents. This is not a matter of national security. The only possible reason they could have is if they want to hide something from the American people.
He couldn’t name all 57 states??!!!????
He’s done for.
So why don’t they have a small army of US Marshals or other LEOs in there, warrants in hand, digging out the documents?
That’s what makes this the most transparent, least scandalous, administration eva.

House Republicans should shut down the legislature until Obama plays ball with Fast & Furious and Solyndra. Too bad that’ll never happen.
When are the Republicans going to realize they are running against the democrats and the media.
Every stride we make is either ignored by the press or reported in a way to cut it to shreds. If that doesn’t work they manipulate or outright manufacture stories to harm Republicans.
Are republicans not able to learn from what they have done to them for years and years.
Of course they never will produce requested documents.
That jazz is only for the little people.
236 years ago, we took up arms and revolted for much less than what is going on today. Shame.
