Yes, Mr. Wood, gave the same advice to these women that I did immediately. Having sat as the deciding arbitrator in dozens of these type cases, I cautioned the women coming forward as accusers of Mr. Cain to be very cautious. My experience has taught me that 90% percent of these cases proceed without merit at the direction of a “shyster” attorney. I’ll be quiet, other then to say the attorney Joel Bennett, would not be permitted to defend his client before our board of grievance. No facts, No Hearing. IMHO, if Ms. Bailek has any brains, she will uncouple herself from this farce immediately, for if Lin Wood gets involved and she does have not an absolute airtight case, she will be a poor women for eternity.

Of course since Ms. Bailek is supposedly in the process of filing for bankruptcy for the third time... Anyone’s chances of collecting anything from this woman ever are about nil. Although there will be a window of time during which she will not be able to file again; so any money she makes from defaming Mr. Cain would probably go to him.
