He has more baggage than a Samsonite warehouse. Do you really see us nominating a thrice-married serial adulterer? We're not the Democratic Party!

We’re not the Democratic Party!

And none of us are perfect either

No doubt he carries a lot of baggage but you have to admit, the man can debate!

I'd be enthusiastic with a Cain/Newt ticket.

I don’t care how many times he’s been married, he’s the brightest one on stage ALWAYS. I’m voting for him.

Ye that is without sin, cast the first stone.

I suppose your oh so principled stance would cause you to stay home if Newt were the nominee or would you rather vote for Mitt or Zero.

Come on FRiend! His adultery is none of your business or mine. BTW, I support Herman Cain.

https://secure.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/wiki/Newt_Gingrich

Gingrich has been married three times. In 1962, he married Jackie Battley, his former high school geometry teacher, when he was 19 years old and she was 26.[114][115] In the spring of 1980, Gingrich left Battley after having an affair with Marianne.

In the mid-1990s, Gingrich began an affair with House of Representatives staffer Callista Bisek, who is 23 years his junior. They continued their affair during the Lewinsky scandal, when Gingrich became a leader of the Republican investigation of President Clinton for perjury and obstruction of justice in connection with his alleged affairs.

Reagan was twice married wasn't he? Newt is a serial adulterer, really?

These are such strange times anything is possible.

Once Paul Ryan opted out - I didn’t have a dog in the race other than trying to identify the best conservative.

If you asked me last week who I’d pull the lever for in a primary? Santorum.

This week? Cain

If my candidate doesn’t make it through the process and Newt gets nominated? I’ll certainly vote for him over Obama.

I’d guess he’d mop the floor with Obama during the debates no matter what his “baggage” is.

The good thing is...it’s already out, so it won’t become an October surprise next year.
