This is the perfect thread for this anecdote:

My Brother Tom was in a serious motorcycle accident last week. A woman side swiped him and he went flying off his Heritage Softtail and landed on his back. Although he had been wearing a helmet, the EMT's asked him the usual questions to determine if he had suffered a concussion. They asked him what day it was. They asked him what year it was. Then they asked him "Who is the President of the United States?", to which my brother exclaimed "THAT IDIOT?!?!?"

One EMT turned to the other and said, "He's Fine. No brain damage!"
