LA Elementary School Under Fire for Inviting Porn Star to Read to Children

A Los Angeles area elementary school is facing some major criticism from parents after the district invited porn star Sasha Grey to read to a group of first graders, according to a report from TMZ.

TMZ obtained photos of Grey reading to the children at Emerson Elementary School in Compton on November 2 as part of the Read Across America program.

Grey also tweeted about the experience, gushing that the students were the “sweetest.”

Why was she invited? How was she introduced to the kids? Why did the school feel the need to deny it later? Pending those answers, so what.

Here's my guess - the District put out general offers to participate in the reading program. Grey's manager was contacted by a Democrat political operative who had a brainstorm about yet another way to infiltrate society, and told to have Grey volunteer. She does, and the Districts own "zero tolerance for hate" meme so paralyzed every single administrator and teacher involved with the program that even if they wanted to exclude her (and most literally couldn't see any reason not to), they simply did not have the administrative tools to even object without endangering their careers. So, lacking any method to stop her, Grey was included in the program.

And as for why this is important, it is a perfect example of how liberals do everything - by changing all the rules so that no one can do anything, and no one is responsible.

And the most dangerous exploiters of this insitutionalized craven cowardice are the Muslims. Sharia law, if it is ever insituted in this country, will not establish itself through winning any legal fights - but because all legal barriers to it were previously stripped away by liberals.

Just a guess, but she may have used her real name and not her stage name. So, Sasha Grey may not have been on the list.

She says she has, but who knows? Very few porn stars have been able to transition to mainstream entertainment.

Ironically, alot of porn star legends like Marilyn Chambers, Jamie Gillis, Paul Thomas, and Veronica Hart were legitmate actors who starred in legitmate movies, but they weren’t leading men and MC would blow her into roles, so the turned to porn to pay their bills. Check out Paul Thomas in Jesus ChristSuperStar, MC in Rabid and Jamie Gillis was in Nighthawks. As for Sasha, she fits in the same category as Playboy Playmates. Just because they appeared naked in a magazine they think that they have acting ablilty...and they just always end up playing the girlfriend, hookers, stripper roles...

Georgina Spelvin actually had a successful career with small roles and Broadway choruses, but she was not getting leads and was aging out. She's pretty candid about it in her bio, that she just needed the money. :-))

Assuming she appeared as a civilian, rather than in character, what difference does it make? It’s not as if a politician reading to children is a step up from a porn star.
