Ugh! Actually, I do think it’s a health menace and I don’t see whay Bloomberg’s normally eager-to-shut-you-down health department is just shrugging. Oh, that’s right, this isn’t a business. (Well, it is, but let’s just say it doesn’t have a business license.)
