I wouldn’t wish this on anyone, but it was obvious from early on something like this was bound to occur. You can’t have a large number of people living together in unsanitary conditions without large scale health problems.

Oh, no, that would be just wrong. Medical care the way we have it is the product of an industrialized capitalistic society. It would be wrong to impose that on them.
