To: Second Amendment First

And it sounds like Graham Spanier is still a tenured prof at PSU....

Even tenure can be revoked under certain circumstances.

Everyone associated with this crime will have to be removed from Penn State if it hopes ever to recover.

As it is now, people are infuriated at the foot dragging going on, when these steps should have been taken immediately.

It appears that these guys still don't understand the disgust and hatred against Penn State by most Americans.

A few thoughts.
Why did the school not contact the cops?

Paterno did what he was legally required to.

McQ did what he was legally required to.

Sandusky should have been shot not fired, but why did the school let him continue to live on campus with locker room privileges.

The rumor is sandusky was pimping out the kids to high $ donors.

There was a desert named the sandusky an upside-down ice cream cone with 2 scoops(think about it)

What’s up with the missing now declared dead straight up DA who disappeared in 2005, under very odd circumstances after not being able to indite sandusky.

given what I already know, the entire athletic program should be disbanded the staff terminated and allowed to go dormant for at least 4 years. PA is going to pay hundreds of millions on this.

Spanier is 63 and was very well paid as PSU president. He can probably afford to retire now--if he is like many university presidents, he hasn't taught a course in years. If he has tenure, they would have to follow procedures to have him deprived of it.

His field is sociology and he's an expert on "mate swapping"--the Wikipedia biography has a link to an article on the topic he published in the 1970s. If the Sociology Department needs a course on that topic taught and they don't think it wise to assign it to Spanier, they should be able to find faculty who have done field research on the topic, but just haven't published their findings like Spanier did.
