I’d love to know the denominator for this lawbreaking. OWS demonstrations aren’t that big to begin with. Imagine if Glenn Beck’s rally or other Tea Party gatherings in DC involving hundreds of thousands had committed crimes at the same rate. POTUS likely would have declared a national emergency and called in the National Guard to restore order!
