McQueary's testimony as well as that of the janitor are the keys...assuming they're protected.
McQueary is under guard, allegedly out of state. The "official" story is it's to protect him from JoePa fans and the outrage of the public. My guess is it's to prevent him from ending up like Ray Gricar.
