From the article:
Mr. Cain allegedly took her to dinner and afterwards reached up Ms. Bialek's leg and tried to force her head into his crotch area. After she protested, Cain allegedly stopped his advances and drove her home. ...this story has the ring of truth to it.
Sure, you can say:
1) that Ms. Bialek was coached by a very experienced attorney, 2) and an argument can even be made that Ms. Bialek is trying to make some money off of this matter.
3) And Bialek's proximity to David Axelrod cannot be ignored.
The article fails to tell us why this story is believable in the face of all this evidence to the contrary. This is nothing more than a smear campaign. Let me know when they find a blue dress.
Let me know when Mr. Thurlow finds a credible witness who saw it actually happen. Until then he should shut up - and for an attorney, he knows none of this is admissible in any court of law - much less than to the court of public opinion.
