Bachmann Blasts CBS For Manipulating Debate, Has Proof

Republican Presidential candidate Michele Bachmann’s campaign is expressing outrage over an internal CBS memo that they said is proof the network mistreated the Minnesota congresswoman during Saturday night’s CBS News/National Journal Debate.

The email was accidentally sent to the Bachmann campaign by CBS News. The campaign decided to release the email to show what they believe was a planned effort to limit questions to Bachmann.

Bachmann’s campaign manager blasted CBS for what he called “concrete evidence confirming what every conservative already knows.”

“The liberal mainstream media elites are manipulating the Republican debates by purposely suppressing our conservative message and limiting Michele’s questions,” said campaign manager Keith Nahigian. “We need to show the liberal media elite that we won’t stand for this outrageous manipulation. Help us fight this affront by sharing this with your friends.”

“Yes, time for Republicans to stage their own debates and then invite the CBS, if they wish to televise it.”

Sure, they could have done that, but the bluehairs at RNC that own the party are too old to go for anything like that.

WOULD OBAMA AGREE TO A DEBATE HOSTED BT RUSH LIMBAUGH AND SEAN HANNITY?

He'd get treated significantly better if he did. That's part of what it means to be conservative. The dems use "fairness" as a tool to increase power, whereas conservatives actually believe there is such a thing and try to live by it.

Dickerson always hit me as a mealy mouthed little punk that would sneak up behind you and hit you and run away. I remember that kind of kid growing up and occasionally catching the sneaky little ba$tard and beating the crap out of him and then sending him home with a kick in the a$$ crying to his momma!

If they are going to go by poll numbers, how can the candidates increase their numbers if they don’t get the time?

Did you know that around four years ago today, Giuliania was the front runner in the polls?

Not only that but he was 13 points AHEAD of the next candidate (Thompson).

Shouldn’t we stop allowing polls to lead us around by the nose, particularly this early?

Polls 4 years ago:

First of all CBS did a terrible job but to be fair she is polling pretty low and as a tv producer I’d focus on the front runners.
