new witness in the Herman Cain sexual harassment scandal has hired powerhouse attorney, Gloria Allred, and will be holding a press conference on Monday afternoon in Shreveport, Louisiana, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.
As Radaronline.com first reported, Sharon Bialek claimed in a news conference last Monday in New York that when she came to Cain for professional help in 1997, he "suddenly reached over and he put his hand on my leg under my skirt and reached for my genitals."

Bialek is also repped by Allred, and she was the first woman to go public in the scandal that could derail the Tea Party's darling from getting the GOP nomination. Cain said he didn't recall meeting Bialek, and denied any wrongdoing in his own press conference.
The new witness is a pediatrician, and a former boyfriend of Bialek's. The doctor was with Bialek when he met Cain. Bialek told her then-boyfriend that Cain had inappropriately touched her shortly after the

Looks like the former boyfriend is going to give contemporaneous backing to her story, most likely to counter the Cain statement that “he had never seen her before.” We’ll see how it plays out.

Excuse me but doesn’t a witness have to actually witness something firsthand and not be told after the fit....Gloria must not be much of a lawyer if she doesn’t understand that?
We are talking about an incident that supposedly happened 14 or more years ago, with the ‘injured’ party having huge credibility problems and not looking very injured.
If for no other reason, I would love to see Hermain Cain as President, just for the satisfaction of seeing the collective heads of the biased media and the left pop off.

If Buy-A-Lick had such admiration for Cain, as she claimed... then sat with him at a table... wouldn’t she have photos of the event?
So far, we’ve seen nothing.
The reporting says witness. Allred doesn’t make mistakes like that. She’s a nasty frickin’ shark.
The sad part about someone like Gloria Allred is she could be directing her influence toward more worthy causes, such as the families of those boys who were molested by PSU’s Jerry Sandusky.
But no... her own agenda takes precedence.
That's only for a witness in a court proceeding. Gloria is not interested in court proceedings, her only interest is to damage Cain, and she is an expert at that. I think it was a mistake to let Bialik off the hook so easily. There is a ton of information on her past that she should have been relentlessly hammered on. Now, because she was treated with kid gloves, she has no fear of Herman or his attorney. If Republicans continue to believe that they should fight by Marquis of Queensbury rules while they are getting kicked in the groin, they will continue to come out on the short end of these battles.
