Exactly. There’s no way, at this point, to be sure of the identity of that victim, except perhaps to get an identification from McQueary, and that’s might be difficult considering the circumstances and how long has passed. I’m not inclined to take Sandusky or his lawyer’s word on this.
It's painful to watch long-time freepers tearing each other apart on what boils down to whether one has the right to a personal opinion about Sandusky/Paterno/McQueary’s moral/legal guilt. I'm not sure what has been or is to be gained by this argument and name calling.....although I'm thinking that this thread is probably what the jury deliberations might sound like.
