Regardless of the SCOTUS decision this could be a winning issue for the GOP nomination (with the exception of Romney) if he/she has the guts to use it.

Not only does the bill force citizens to buy insurance, it also decides who will buy and who will be given a wavier and not have to buy. How can the SC square that circle?
