The NE Gov was shouting out loud and clear against the pipeline but the State Dept basically ignored him and led everyone to believe they were going to approve it.
Then along comes the enviros and threaten Obama with their votes and everything changes all of a sudden. I may not have that right but that’s the way I saw it.
I think you saw it pretty clearly. I think a thread about two months ago was saying it was going to be approved. Just goes to show.
