“Holder” prosecuting someone for lying, is like “Geithner” prosecuting someone for tax evasion

Eric Holder has no credibility among the sane.
These are social construct contracts, and should not be subject to government punishment.
To: BookaT
Agreed.
I played Everquest for several years and I had friends that had their accounts locked because they exploited a bug in the game. Could you imagine going to jail over such a thing? The penalty should not exceed losing your account.

(I could eat it raw, but why do that when I have a fire.)
To: autumnraine
Let’s start with prosecuting government officials that lie in congressional hearings.

Lying on Facebook or lying to Congress?
Refusing to apologize to the Terry family or lying on facebook?
Lying on Facebook or lying to about Marc Rich's pardon?
What do you guys think is more serious? Its easy lying on Facebook.
To: BookaT
The problem is that half the commies are stealth ones running as Republicans.

Look how Facebook automatically changes the title of the original story when you try to post it.
This is scary shit, folks.

There would, of course, be an exception for those contributing to Obama’s campaign fund.
To: autumnraine
That’s really important, Eric.

Is it any wonder why Mark Zuckerberg frequently rubs shoulders with Obama [pbuh]? Imagine the goldmine of citizen information where it is mandatory, under penalty of law, to post only the truth. Will mandatory facebook accounts be next? Will facebook require more private information to make an account? Will handles be illegal? Wouldn't surprise me a bit. What are the chances that the first prosecution would be some conservative who posted unapproved views of dear leader?
To: autumnraine
Then we are even, I want Holder arrested and jailed for lying before Congress and for being a rapid racist. FUEH and the spotted terrorist you rode in on.

Like if you try to influence people by telling them you live on arugula, soybean curd and Boca Burgers but really eat Kobe beefsteak, lobster smothered in butter and french fries all the time?

So what’s the penalty for lying about who sold guns to Mexican cartels?

I must confess. I am not really Surrounded by Blue. There are 4 other Republicans in my voting precinct.

Oh, dear. I do not use my real name on Facebook, and my avatar is my cat, not me.
I... I have even altered my name on Free Republic. My name is really Mom, not “exDemMom.”
I do hope they’ll be lenient when it comes time for sentencing.
