Thanks for the post. My friend was able to contact her son shortly after I posted this. Apparently there are windows blown out in the front of the high school. The fence around the baseball field is gone. Lots of damaged cars in the parking lot - at least one car is gone (Not sure if it got picked up, or just smashed under a tree). So glad this wasn’t any worse.
You know more than I do. I’ve stayed out of the way. We have lots of first responders and wanna-bees here. It could have been worse.
FYI, my house is brick, on the lee-side od a hill, and we have good, low, interior rooms. We’re as safe as humanly possible. Any more storms coming this way tonight? We still have no internet, phone, or cable.
