It is an insult to all free men and women that know not whom it is that governs our lives. May those who promoted this man rot in hell for eternity.
And if we know not who it is that governs our lives, then we are not truly free. It takes contempt for the people to promote a man in this fashion. Contempt will breed contempt. Again I say, may they all rot in hell.
