My opinion is we always tend to more easily notice the bad than the good. People doing what they should do not make headlines. And that seems to be more a problem with the NBA where the humanity with its failings are not hidden by distance and pads and helmets like in the NFL and football in general.
And whatever the failings of Iverson, he's never sunk the murder and dogfighting standards of the "all-American" NFL.

You’re right of course. Way too easy to stereotype. The reality is that there is a spectrum of people and personalities in all walks of life. Plenty of decent people and plenty of people that you’d rather not be around. No different than your workplace or mine.
