‘Well you’ve got to like this part...
Mitt Romney, 32 (3 percent)’
That is what I have been saying. These other polls about Mitt being at 23% are pure BS. I think back to when Pat Buchanan won the first two state primaries that were hand ballots. Somehow the following primary states had electronic ballots which Pat lost. Hmmmmmm!
“These other polls about Mitt being at 23% are pure BS”
Before everyone gets too excited, the polls showing Romney at 23% are “scientific, random samplings” of the general public. This Tea Party Patriot poll was limited to a very specific slice of the voting public, i.e., 900 members of the MO Tea Party Patriots. It’s of no more value in a national election than leading in a FR or any other online poll.
23% may not be much, but if the remaining 77% is divided among the remaining conservative candidates, with Ron Paul siphoning off a respectable %, it’s enough for Romney to win the nomination. These national polls are viewed as “pure BS” at the peril of Cain, Gingrich, Perry, Bachmann, Santorum and their supporters. The candidates and their campaign teams are far too savvy for that.
